Returns & Refunds

All prints are made to order and fulfilled by Gelato, my print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, returns or exchanges are reserved for cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or defective, let me know within 30 days at lesliedechurch@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. I will happily replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong item received If you receive the wrong item, let me know at lesliedechurch@gmail.com and I'll make it right.

European Union If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please contact me at lesliedechurch@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation.
